Fall 2017 Online Registration

Registration can be performed online and paid using credit card at the following site:

This allows you to register your player and to sign up as a volunteer, coach, referee, team parent, etc. You will have to create an account and then fill out all of the information.
Divisions are down by calendar year instead of August 1st now. Since this is for Fall and Spring, your player’s division will be determined by taking 2018 and subtracting the year your player was born in. Divisions are the age and under. For example:
Born in 2006, 2018 – 2006 = 12 therefore they will be in the 12U division.

Also, instead of a 14U division we will have a 15U division which will have players born in the calendar year of 2005, 2004 and 2003 in it. This will allow some of the older players to still be able to play a full year.

2002 and beyond will be in the 19U division which will be Fall only for Girls and Spring only for Boys.

Please get signed up for our new exciting year and tell all of your friends about it. Our first game will be Saturday, Sept. 16th and run through Saturday, Nov. 4th for the Fall. Spring will begin in March.

.Registration Fees:

The cost is $100 if registered before August 26th, afterward it will be $110. The fee will show $92.50 + $17.50 national fee minus a $10.00 discount for early registration. (19U is $70 per player)

Additional Information

A few things to keep in mind when registering a child for next season:

1 -Insurance

Check the insurance information and make sure the current doctor’s name and phone number is listed. Have you changed your insurance carrier?

2 – Schools

Indicate the school that your child will be attending next fall. If you are unsure which school your child will be attending, please make your best guess.

3 – Player Requests

You may request to play with another player. Email Shawn Ehrstein at with request. Player requests greatly increase the complexity of team balancing. These guidelines will allow your player request to be considered at the time of team balancing:

No request is guaranteed. A balanced team is one of our philosophies.

Only one request will be considered. No second or alternatives are permitted. A brother or a sister is a request. However we do not guarantee placement of players.

Players must be the same age group.

Players must cross-reference each other on their registration form, e.g.: Tom requests Joe, Joe requests Tom.

You may not request a coach. All coaches and assistant coaches automatically have their child assigned to their team.

Players on High School teams

Players on high school teams cannot play for both AYSO and their high school team during the same season. Kansas State Athletic Association rules require you to inform us if your child is playing for this school. Your child’s eligibility may be jeopardized if you do not follow this rule. This rule does not apply to intramural soccer.

Refund Requests

Refund requests can be made any time prior to the start of the first game of the season. Once the first game has been played, NO refund will be granted for that season. All requests must be made in writing to:
